Gorgeous, secluded lakefront home on 1.8 acres on Lake Sinclair. 90 minutes from ATL, Cashel is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The space

This lakefront home is professionally managed by Lakeside Property Management. Our local team specializes in lakefront properties and is dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared space. This relaxing getaway spot sleeps 10 comfortably can sleep 14 utilizing the 2 sleeper sofas.

Cashel on the Lake will feel like a home away from home! Perfect for the PGA Masters stay (1 hour from Augusta) and easy ride to Georgia College and GMC.

Gorgeous, secluded lakefront home on 1.8 acres located at the mouth of Crooked Creek / Lake Sinclair. A 90-minute drive from Atlanta, Cashel is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

For the boating enthusiast, a quick trip up Crooked Creek will take you to Lake Oconee Wallace Damn (No access to Lake Oconee by water) in less than a half-hour (or 35 minutes by car).

This relaxing getaway spot sleeps 10 comfortably, 14 utilizing the 2 sleeper sofas. Large enough for the whole family or perfect for a group of friends.

The property includes a private boat dock. 2 kayaks with life jackets and paddles, floating lily pads, fishing rods w/ rod holders – everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake. The water depth at the dock ranges from 4-6 ft.

Additional outdoor amenities include a large backyard with a cozy firepit, English garden, upper deck seating and a lower/underdeck patio area complete with a TV, two propane grills and a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal). There is also a TV on the boat dock.

Wi-Fi extends inside and out – so you are connected anywhere on the property (and could even work if you had to!)

Fish, kayak, float, swim…There are so many ways to enjoy the lake, just steps outside the back door.

Spend a day off the lake experiencing the small town, southern charm of nearby Eatonton or Milledgeville.

Main Level

Lake views from a large, open, with kitchen island and sitting room connected to a private sunroom with sleeper sofa. The master bedroom with a connected bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a private laundry room and 1.5 additional bathrooms are all located on the main floor.

• King Master bedroom w/attached bathroom Secondary King bedroom
• Ultimate game room with a pool table, darts, bar, movie theater
• TV’s are equipped with apple TV, YouTube TV.
• Secondary fully equipped kitchen
• Full bathroom with a large stand-up, tiled shower.

Outdoor Living

Private Dock Access with TV and outdoor furniture, floating lily pad to tie off and swim Water level changes at dock and entry steps for easy access in/out of water.

• 2 Kayaks with paddles.
• Fishing poles w/ rod holders
• Life Vests – Small/Medium and Large/X Large. Smaller kids will need to bring their own vests.
• Outdoor Patio has ceiling fans, TV, grills, speaker system, outdoor dining and additional seating.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is a one time $300 pet fee and a limit to 2 pets. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun. Please confirm your pets at the time of booking your stay.

Guest access

Guest will be able to access the entire house with the exception of the garage, locked owners closet in Masters (guests may use the additional closet in masters room). There is also a locked supply closet in the hallway and a locked storage closet downstairs.
