This newly renovated, five bedroom, three-bathroom haven is situated on a private one-acre peninsula, offering breathtaking lake views on all three sides of the home. With accommodations for up to 10 guests, this property is the perfect destination for your next getaway.

The space

This lakefront home is professionally managed by Lakeside Property Management. Our local team specializes in lakefront properties and is dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared space. Should you be interested in boat or jet ski rentals, please send us a message once you have reserved your booking.

Indulge in the tranquility of lakefront living with Panoramic views and with your own private dock, where you can unwind, bask in the sun, cast a line for fishing, or take a refreshing swim in the pristine waters. The water depth at the dock ranges from 4-6ft. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, Panoramic Point has it all. Enhance your outdoor lake dining experience with provided grills. Both charcoal (be sure to bring your own charcoal) and propane. We do not supply propane.

Conveniently located, this property is an ideal choice for those attending the The Masters, just 85 minutes away, as well as for graduations and parent weekends at Georgia colleges and Georgia Military College. The house is equipped with a range of amenities, including a soothing hot tub, two kayaks, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and a paddleboard for exploring the serene waters.

Inside, you’ll discover newly tiled showers and vanities in the bathrooms, providing a touch of modern elegance. The layout features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and stunning lake views, and 4 queen bedrooms.

The open concept design of the home creates a welcoming atmosphere, with two family areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining space for 10. Step outside onto the expansive porches to soak in the mesmerizing vistas and savor the fresh air. This is the epitome of lakeside living at its finest. The pictures don’t do it justice!

We do recommend that you bring anything additional you may need for your stay.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is a one time $300 pet fee and a limit to 2 pets. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun. Please confirm your pets at the time of booking your stay.

Guest access

The entire house is available to guests. Guests will not be able to access the storage shed building on the property. There is one locked kitchen cabinet and two locked cabinets for our vendors. Guests will not have access to the locked spaces.

Other things to note

We wanted to let you know that the property next door Peninsula on Lake Sinclair – is also available for rent! These two homes sit side-by side, making them a great option for larger groups or families traveling together who want to stay close by while having extra space and privacy.

Please note that both properties share an outdoor trash area, which is a mini dumpster located on the driveway side of property on the right.
