Welcome to Peninsula on Lake Sinclair! Step outside onto the expansive private deck, complete with comfortable lounge chairs and a dining table for al fresco meals. Our property includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a private dock for your boat or for sunbathing and swimming. There are 2 kayaks, life size games and a large yard. A fire pit is also available for evening bonfires. Minutes away from Twin Bridges marina for boat ramp access. Your perfect lake escape awaits!

The space

This lakefront home is professionally managed by Lakeside Property Management. Our local team specializes in lakefront properties and is dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared space. This 3 bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps six and offers everything you need for a relaxing, vacation right on the water.

You’ll be greeted by a large, flat yard spanning your own peninsula on the lake, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the outdoors—whether it’s kids running around; friends lounging in the sun; a few games of cornhole; or picnics under the open sky. Just steps away, the large private dock invites you to lounge, swim, float, fish, and tie up smaller boats and jet skis in 4–5 feet of clear water. (water levels fluctuate daily, and are out of our control) Or, just unwind in front of the 75″ TV on the dock while the lake sparkles around you or gather for meals at the dockside dining table.

Roast marshmallows sitting’ around the fire pit, take the two kayaks for a quiet paddle, enjoy a round of darts on the expansive wrap-around deck, or simply soak in the view from the Adirondack rocking chairs. Evenings are for connection— Play board games & darts, stream a movie on one of the four TVs (“Live TV via YouTube TV includes local networks, ESPNs and major cable channels), or bring the fun back to the dock for a night under the stars.

Location & Convenience:

Peninsula on Lake Sinclair is located just beyond Twin Bridges Bridge—please note that not all boats fit beneath the bridge, so check clearance if you’re bringing one. You’ll be just 20 minutes from Milledgeville, where you’ll find groceries, restaurants, and local shops. For families visiting students, the home is 15–20 minutes from GCSU and GMC. Property is served by Insta Cart. It’s the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and accessibility.

We do recommend bringing any additional items you may need for your stay.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is a one time $300 pet fee and a limit to 2 pets. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun. Please confirm your pets at the time of booking your stay.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of 2 locked closets used for our owners and vendors. As well as the shed’s on the property. These areas will remain locked.

Other things to note

We wanted to let you know that the property next door Panoramic Point – is also available for rent! These two homes sit side-by-side, making them a great option for larger groups or families traveling together who want to stay close by while having extra space and privacy.

Please note that both properties share an outdoor trash area, which is a mini dumpster located on the driveway side of the property, just over the little bridge.
