Wake up to breathtaking lake views from the expansive deck, and spend your days splashing in the water from the private, deep-water dock. The home includes complimentary paddleboards for guest use. From lakeside fun to cozy fireside chats, this is the perfect setting to make unforgettable memories.

The space

This lakefront home is professionally managed by Lakeside Property Management. Our local team specializes in lakefront properties and is dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared space. Should you be interested in boat or jet ski rentals, please send us a message once you have reserved your booking.

With multiple living areas and a private dock, this is the ideal setting for unforgettable family gatherings and peaceful lake life. Enjoy breathtaking views, endless water activities, and a dedicated kids’ suite.

This exquisite two-story home is designed for both relaxation and fun. The main floor features a master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, a living room, and a dining area. Two additional queen bedrooms and another full bath are also located on this level. Downstairs, the entertaining continues with a second living room, a fourth bedroom, and a full bathroom. A special kids’ suite provides a fun, private retreat for children and teens, featuring a Smart TV, gaming system, and three beds. There is also an additional table area to challenge each other in a game of cards or board games.

Your private dock awaits just steps from your back door, providing an ideal spot for swimming, fishing, and lounging. With 8-10 feet of water depth and tie-off cleats, it’s perfect for boats and jet skis. Guests are allowed to use the jet ski docks, but a boat lift is not available to guests. There is a neighborhood boat ramp minutes away from the property. We will provide this information prior to checking in.

The outdoor living space is completed by a propane grill and smoker, offering the perfect spot for a lakeside barbecue. There is also an extra fridge for guests to use. Enjoy the provided outdoor toys, including two blow-up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, & cornhole boards. There is also a firepit perfect for roasting smores!

While this pack is for your initial needs, we recommend bringing any extra supplies you may need throughout your stay.

Guest access

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to our entire home, providing a comfortable and private experience. We’ve equipped the downstairs storage room with all the essentials for a fun day on the water, including an extra table and chairs, floats, towable boat floats, and paddleboards for your enjoyment. For your privacy and our convenience, a few small storage areas will remain locked. These include two closets in the upstairs hallway, the master bathroom closet, and one locked section within the downstairs storage area. Jet skis are not available for Guest use. The rest of the home is all yours to relax and enjoy.

Other things to note

This is not a pet friendly home. Guests will be billed a minimum of $500 for bringing unauthorized pets.
